If i had hiv symptoms since day 5 after risky sexual exposure and i negative tested on day 24 using hiv rna pcr qualative and day 40 using 4th generation ag/ab. i assume my tests are conclusive as if symptoms were hiv related i would be positive ?

Your closing statement is correct: "if symptom were HIV related [you] would be positive". Also, HIV cannot cause symptoms only 5 days after infection. Any symptoms at that time had some other cause.
