Retest: the 4th generation test is supposed to be accurate 8 weeks after exposure, but I would always retest to be sure.

No more HIV testing: The 4th gen blood test (for HIV antibody and p24 antigen) is considered conclusive any time 4 weeks or more after the last possible exposure. The RNA test was superfluous but also confirms you didn't catch HIV. Also, it is extremely rare to catch HIV from a single episode of vaginal sex in the US or western Europe, where HIV is rare even in the most sexually active women. All is well
