Aim to lose about 2 pounds per month. It is important that you are combining exercise and diet. Please note that as you lose weight, will need to reduce caloric intake further to maintain the pace of weight loss.

Please ask your doctor about the ketogenic diet, which is essentially high good fat and low carbs. Don't do this w/out checking w/doc. Peace and good health.
