Can i workout hard, weightlifting-wise while on a keto diet? my carb intake is virtually about 5-10g a day. i am attempting to cut as much fat as possible while not losing alot of muscle?

Low carbohydrate intake with caloric intake from lean protein will both increase muscle mass with weight (resistance) workouts, and reduce fat, as the majority of maintenance calories in metabolism will come from fat deposits.

Exercise is good. Do it at about 80% of your capacity and increase the intensity as tolerated. Keto diet is not necessarily healthy. You may consider consulting a nutritionist. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
