Focal hemicranial headaches are one of the hallmarks of migraine, but other mechanisms could be possible. Paroxysmal vertigo can be a migraine associated syndrome. All of this should be tackled by an experienced neurologist, as the cause should be confirmed and appropriate therapy can be highly successful. ENT issues appear ruled out.

Definitely on limited information, it is impossible to connect or unrelate the 2 events. Imaging may be needed in these circumstances if a physical exam fails in offering a possible lead diagnosis.
