Your symptoms are likely vestibular in origin, and an MRI will not provide the needed data. You need to exclude anemia, thyroid issues, hypoglycemia, dehydration, blood pressure drops, medication adverse effects, etc. If basics are normal, then you could see an ENT specialist for acoustic-vestibular evaluation. Ask about possible Meniere's, postural or paroxysmal vertigo syndromes.
