Normal cardiac,brain mri,head ct ( but sinus cyst,nodules),ep study,ent,eye exam,neuro.have dizziness almost all day sometimes. where to look now?

Since the most: common causes have been ruled out, I would turn to TREATMENT of the dizziness....a very common complaint with a number of possible treatment options! Hope this suggestion makes sense to you.. Dr Z

Everytime I stand up too quickly i get dizzy like a head rush. Clear brain ct & mri 1.5 years ago & BP always good. Recently started blood thinners but happened before that even. Should I be concerned or just stop standing up so fast from laying down?
