With a normal MRI a year ago and CT head recently there is no evidence to support the presence of a brain tumor. Work up should now be extended to other much more common causes that can cause such symptoms, specifically a thorough ENT and neuro exam.

There is no data to raise concerns of brain tumor but your headaches require evaluation and treatment. This maybe migraine but a neurologist can help going forwards to pinpoint diagnosis and stabilize your symptoms
