Need more info: What is your height and weight? How much physical activity do you engage in? In any case it is good to eat a mixed diet rich in fresh vegetables and fruit, whole grains, nuts; low in saturated fats, no tobacco, no more than one drink a day and exercise about 30 minutes each day and maintain a healthy weight.
