Weight loss plateau: Your intake needs to be less than your calories burned for weight loss to continue. A change in your cardio routine may help. However, consider your BMI (body mass index) and your weight to height ratio for a healthy weight or body size. Your goal is for your waist size to be half of your height. Also, make sure you are getting proper nutrients through food and not just vitamin pills.
