Carb?: Carbs come in may forms (sugar, rice, potato, beans...). Carbs also give you energy so you want complex carbs that take a while to be used by your system (oatmeal is great for this as well as red garnet yams). Start out with 30% carbs and remember they come in many forms. Try finding a book called the 'nutrition almanac' by dunne i believe;excellent source of what is in your food vit, protein, carbs.
