With a normal diet you should not need any supplements. A young healthy body gets rid of excess of any thing put in it, to a limit. You can also consult your MD regarding your diet.

That is a lot of protein intake if your statement is accurate. I wonder how heavy you are because you should not eat more than 2 gm of protein/kg/day even with heavy workout. High protein diet is not friendly to kidney function in the long term. Protein in normal American diet is between 0.8-1.2 gm protein/kg/day.
