Im fasting ramadan.i train before sunset for 60 mins of low intensity cardio.i then break my fast on dates,orange fresh juice,an apple,coffee,then train for 90 to 120 min in heavy weights,then take whey protein,i eat my meal,can that help losing-fat?

If your caloric intake is less than the what you spend, you will lose weight. Initial weight loss is mostly water and comes fast, after that it may require additional restriction in your food intake. Wish you good health!
