Is dimple on breast always cancer.i m 33 i have one dimple on left breast over a 6mm complex breast cyst. i am asked to have follow up after 6 months.i m scared google just says one thing its bad. i am scared?

If the cyst is reported as a complex cyst (BI-RAD 4 or 5), you should have biopsy done, especially with the associated dimple. If it is reported as complicated cyst (BI-RAD 3) it is OK to have follow up US in 6 months.
