The real ? is...: ...Is your cyst causing your pain? If the cyst is an inch or bigger and tender, your doctor can draw the fluid out w/a needle to relieve the pain. If the cyst is very small, it probably is not causing the pain. Nsaids, vitamin e, primrose oil can all help rx the pain. While many small cysts can go away on their own, the larger ones persist and often get bigger.
