Need more informatin: Cysts on the ovary are common. They are mostly benign but it depends on their size and Ultrasound features. Get your doctor to provide you a report of the tests done thayt showed the cyst. Unless it is >5 Cm in size it is likely to be benign.

More answer: I need to know what happened to your right ovary and uterus ,if they are not there then you need to get a imaging to see how big the cyst is ,small cysts donot matter
