Found a large cyst in left breast after doing a ultrasound and mammogram. isnt causing any pain. can it turn into cancer? should i have it drained?

A cyst can be aspirated and the fluid should be submitted for cytological examination to rule out cancer. Cysts in the breast are generally not cancer.
