Breast cyst ?'s: A "complex" cystic structure on breast U/S is not generally related to cancer, but usually a variety of fibrocystic breast disease. Get a digital mammogram which detects typical clusters of calcium if breast cancer is present. At age 28, unless there is a strong family history of breast cancer, your risk is minimal at this time.
