You stated three problems but there are no association between them. What is your main question? Urinary tract infection is usually diagnosed by symptoms: frequency, dysuria, change in urine color or odor. Urine test could be positive but we do not treat if you do not have symptoms. Athlete's foot can be treated with OTC medication, keep feet clean and dry, take good care of your shoes.

You should go to a doctor and stop all of your self-diagonis and self-treatment. What you have been doing can be downright dangerous and lead to multiple resistant infections and to side effects such as fungal infections. There are appropriate ways to accurately diagnose and treat medical illness, and not something you should be doing to yourself. If no primary care doc, use urgent care facility.
