See below...: This is a tough situation. Uti is rare in young men, and it's very possible that something else is going on. I highly recommend seeing a local doctor for an examination rather than attempting to treat yourself with drugs purchased at the pharmacy. You may be surprised and the doctor may speak english after all, or take a friend who can translate for you. Good luck!
