If it is an actual: urinary tract infection (not just urinary symptoms) than an antibiotic is needed to kill bacteria.

Here are some ...: Real bacterial UTI needs antibiotic to eradicate offending bugs in urinary tract and no home remedy can do so. Frequent urination to empty bladder by more fluid intake + trying cranberry juice may help "self-heal" UTI in some, but I would not count on such in today's medical care. So, seek timely pro-evaluation & counseling.
