It is not feasible to draw any conclusions from a low normal white blood cell count, as this can be a normal variant, and in NO way is a test to confirm cirrhosis. Would confer with your doctor, and get liver profile blood tests which could guide diagnostic approaches regarding liver health. A gastroenterologist may be a good resource.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, a WBC result is neither diagnostic of cirrhosis, nor does it exclude one. There are specific tests to detect cirrhosis and you doctor and get those. Wish you good health!
