I have non alcoholic cirrhosis of the liver. what does it mean if my mch and mcv are .2 higher than the normal range? is that a sign of liver cancer or a blood cancer?

MCV: MCV is Hematocrit/Total RBC count and is a measure of average blood cell size. Alcoholism is a cause secondary to poor absorption or lack of intake of B12 and folate. The low B12 and folate is a deficiency that leads to enlarged cells.
