I had a breakthrough covid case after full pfizer vaccination and my symptoms started last tuesday and a positive test that day. 10 days will be tomorrow, friday. no fever for a week. is it safe for my pregnant wife to return to the house friday?

It is very likely that you are not infectious. To be careful you may continue to wear a mask at home. You wife should consider getting vaccinated. Pregnancy is not a contraindication to Covid vaccination.

Breakthrough infection is still new so we do not have enough info to answer your question concisely. You did not mention if your pregnant wife is vaccinated or not. For common Covid-19 infection, the safest time will be after 2 weeks after a mild to moderate infection. With severe infection, the shedding time can be up to 18 days by the last report. If you wife is not vaccinated, wait for 2 weeks.
