You can take Ibuprofen every 6 hours for fever and sore throat and ask your doctor for antibiotic tomorrow.

Were you given an antibiotic for the strep throat? If so, did you take a dose yet? Either way, you probably should get tested for Covid since the symptoms can be the same as strep throat, especially with the fever. You should isolate until you know the results of the Covid test. Go to the ER for more severe symptoms like shortness of breath, worsening symptoms, etc. Get a Covid vaccine when better

If you tested positive for Strep, take the antibiotic prescribed to you for the duration prescribed in order to forestall complications that can result from Strep infection.

Control fever with medication, an antique is indicated. Stay well hydrated, rest, self isolate and obtain a screening test for COVID-19. Many pharmacies carry test kits, although the accuracy of the PCR test is higher. If the fever does not improve in 24 hours, please let your physician know. Watch for shortness of breath.
