We still have limited information about the impact of Covid-19 infection in the first trimester but it seems your baby has been doing well after more than 2 weeks since the infection. Risk to fetus from one CXR, azithromycin and diclofenac (in the first trimester) is negligible.

Continue to have close follow up during the pregnancy. Screen for Diabetes and Hypertension. More studies are needed in this area. Many infants are born without any difficulty following maternal COVID infection. Discuss maternal vaccinations administered during pregnancy which may protect the baby after birth from a number of infections. Monitor your breathing and temperature.
