If your wife was "partially vaccinated", she should receive the second Pfizer vaccine shot, and after two weeks the full immunity will be in effect for the Pfizer vaccine modality. You should check with her OB physician to get a date when she can return once you get tested for degree of antibody production after your positive test recently for COVID-19.
