I have been vaccinated for covid. i tested positive for it on 09/09 and isolated for a week. i never had an active symptom. now i have a cold, i think, with no fever. can i and should i be tested again?

You can get tested again. Should is up to you. Your state health department and/or your doctor can advise further and address the mechanism/logistics for testing.
