Since 2018 i've had yearly renal ultrasounds to track a complex cyst. in 2018 it measured 2.5 cm. in 2019 2.4 cm, in 2020 2.4 cm and this year 2.6 cm. is the up and down measurements concerning? the characteristics have have been consistent?

These measurements are within the same size range, just difference in line of measurement. Your doctor must have given you the report from radiology, showing no significant change? if not, ask for it. Hope it helps.
