Had laproscopic left vericocelectomy for grade 3 vericocele 1 year back. i still feel pain while riding a bike or after masturbation. the pain may go away fast or in some hours or overnight. pain at lower end of testicle. started only after surgery?

The ilioinguinal nerve was probably not cut during the surgery so you have experienced pain. You should see your urologist for further advice.
