Contact doctor now: Maybe unrelated to masturbation, perhaps delayed bleeding into the surgical site; or a post op infection. First review any paperwork you were given after the surgery; it might have information about such events and what to do about them. If not, contact the doctor who did the surgery. Do it immediately if the pain is severe, if there is redness of the skin in the area, or if you have fever.
