That really needs to be answered by your neurologist, since CADASIL is a very specialized condition. But most likely he or she will say that the benefits of vaccination will outweigh any risks, & likely the possible risks from getting COVID disease would be worse than the small chance of risks from the vaccine. I’m sorry you have had to deal with a stroke at such a young age.

CADASIL would not be a contra-indication for vaccination. COVID-19 has caused large vessel strokes in younger people, so, if you have such a risk from a genetic disorder, it would be extremely prudent to prevent the infection and eliminate an additional potential complication.
