Covid vaccine (pfizer). i'm hetero factor v leiden. 1 shot complete and overdue for 2nd. seeing many people get clots/stroke/pe after 2nd. do you think it's better to get 2nd or not? any doctors seeing clots etc develop after 2nd jab?

It is wrong that "many people" get clots etc after the second COVID-19 vaccine dose. More than 99% of Leiden V vaccine recipients have no problem at all. Without vaccination, the risk of a bad outcome from COVID is FAR higher than the chance of a clotting problem after the vaccine. Just do it! (Personal comment: my daughter is Leiden V, has had DVTs and PE. I made sure she is fully vaccinated.)

The immune protection dramatically is enhanced subsequent to jab #2, and indeed it is best to complete this. Have NO clue how you are "seeing many people get clots/stroke/pe" when these reactions are so rare and unusual nationwide!
