Portal vein thrombosis, a very serious condition, causes very severe symptoms like jaundice, upper gi bleeding,& right upper abdominal pain among other signs&symptoms. It would not go unnoticed. Portal vein thrombosis has been uncommonly reported with both covid vaccinations& infections. I'm sure your physician can reassure you that you didn't develop this dire condition.
