Thank you. my mom will be getting the pfizer covid vaccine. she is currently going through menopause and is experiencing shakiness in the chest as one of her menopausal symptoms. is it safe to get the vaccination for menopausal women?

Yes, safe: Yes, the vaccine is safe for menopausal women. There are reactions reported to receiving the vaccine, usually related to the injection site, and resolves in a few days. It is best to get (any) vaccine when feeling well, unless the person is at very high risk for the condition he/she is being immunized for.

COVID 19 vaccine.: Agree with earlier response. Menopause is not a contraindication to receiving COVID 19 vaccine. So glad to hear that your mother will be getting vaccinated. Take care.
