Volumes of ovarian cysts which arise with "PCOS" as described are not "serious" as long as the cysts are simple, i.e., w/o complexities within them. Prolactin is elevated at "46" and may indicate a small pituitary adenoma, but these usually are not treated until larger dimensions are reached ( greater than 100). Ask your GYN about low dose oral bcp's, which are appropriate treatment for PCOS.
