2nd day period tests: tsh: 1.517uiu/ml lh: 6.12miu fsh: 6:81miu prolactin: 24.77ng/ml(3.8-23 range) is this pcos or thyroid issue? u-sound was normal, ive depression, anxiety, cant remember things i study and hair fall! what looks wrong?

With LH higher than usual, with "period on day two", this is consistent with non-ovulatory cycles even with a negative U/S, and may represent PCOS. Stress and anxiety can contribute to delays in ovulation, which can evolve to irregular production of estrogen with effects on mood/irritability. Get a referral to a reproductive endocrinologist for a definitive diagnosis.
