I have endometriosis &pcos im always getting a cyst in my right ovary. can getting it removed help with the pain or will it happen in left one too. it always my right ovary where the cyst goes.

I sympathize: with your frustration! Unfortunately disorders do not "choose" a certain "side" for their "target" organs. My opinion only...do not RUSH into what seems to be a "quick fix"......ask your GYN for a possible referral to an ENDOCRINOLOGIST ! Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
