Pcos symptoms (hirsutism, acne & weight gain of 10 lbs) but no cysts on any of the 2 ovaries & a dominant follicle in the left ovary, is this normal?

Blood test: There are some tests the GYN can run for PCOS. Do confirm that and they can guide you for further care.

Need more info: In about half of the women who have PCOS, the ovaries do not show cysts on ultrasound. While hirsutism is often a sign of excess male hormones, the hallmark of PCOS, most women also have irregular periods. You should probably consult with an endocrinologist who will want to measure some hormone levels and might recommend treatment to lower testosterone production
