Woman 32 lab results say high rdw, low hematocrit and high prolactin. would this be from thyroids even if thyroid labs are normal or pcos?

In principle, lab results should be interpreted in the context of clinical scenario. High RDW with low hematocrit is consistent with iron deficiency anemia whereas high prolactin level can be associated with PCOS.

Your bone marrow is releasing earlier red cells which are bigger and most likely due to anemia. Need to find cause of anemia.
