Amh of 0.26. high prolactin. fallopian tubes are good. ovaries are good. 32 yrs old. tsh is also good. on metformin for pcos. fertility specialist isnt concern but i am so worry about not being able to conceive. should i be hopeful?

Yes! Always be hopeful! If you are having regular periods (and maybe even if you are not), you could certainly be fertile. Do you know how to check your temperature each morning to try to see when you ovulate? Many women with PCOS, on metformin have babies!

You are describing nothing that cannot be managed and you are still young, so your chances of conceiving with modern technology are excellent (and don't give up on conceiving spontaneously!). Stay positive and persevere and you are likely to be successful.
