During my ultrasound, the radiologist was clicking so many photos. at the end, she said it was normal. is it normal to take so many pics during an ultrasound, or is something wrong?

Quite normal, nothing to worry about. BTW ultrasound is perfectly harmless.

It is very common, and generally a good practice, for the ultrasonographer to take multiple pictures during an ultrasound exam to present to the Radiologist who will give the final report. I do not know from your question exactly which body part was being studied. But, in general, all exams have a series of pictures of specific body parts,often with measurements, that they are required to follow.
