I have a open bed sore i'm currently looking for a doctor don't have a doctor right now i was wondering if there's any wound pump machine that i can get that you would recommend for home use that would cover and drain it to help close the wound?

Not feasible without an exam due to legal regulations. Best would be to start with a local doc or a wound care center in the area where you live.
