Needs further eval: A very unusual place to develop a wound...Any prior abdominal surgery?..Any history of crohn's disease or ulceratvie colitis?...I would see a dermatologist or a genetral surgeon and be prepared this may need a biopsy and cultures to figure out what is causing it and make a treatment plan to get it healed.
