I have an enlarged right tonsil since 6 months that i have noticed and some lumps on my neck(all 4 lumps are movable). ent doctor said first to go for ultrasound but in the recent appointment she said to go for a ct scan. so usg or ct or mri??

CT is much more detailed than ultrasound. If the ENT suggested CT, go for the CT scan.

Recommended imaging is either lateral neck plain x-ray, or CT to evaluate tonsils, as well as direct examination and culturingrapid screening testing methods...
