Doctors found multiple lymph nodes stuck together in my neck. sending me for ent and ct scan. 1.5cm in size.. what could cause this? should i worry?

May need a biopsy: Obviously they're looking for either an infection or a tumor. You need to have a full of valuation including examination, and laboratory studies, chest x-ray, perhaps other imaging, and then they consider whether you need a biopsy or not. There's a lot more information that needs to be collected before you go to biopsy.

Hello, I have a small bean sized painless movable supraclavicular lymph node on the left side that has been there for 4+ years. Went to the doctor because my neck was bothering me and now being sent for CT. No change in size. Should I be worried?
When should a lymph node be biopsied? Enlarged x6months pea sized. Clear labs, & head & neck CT. ENT says not large enough to warrenty a biopsy.
Can ENT remove a lymph node that's causing pain in the neck just under jaw for months? Blood work and CT scan are normal.
