My left ear itches and burns at times. it is very uncomfortable. i have been seeing a ent doctor for over a year. he has given me 4 different drops to put in the ear. i had a ct scan and a mri of the neck which was negative. nothing has worked. ???

Your doc must have aworking diagnosis for your symptoms. Ask her/him. Neg tests are a good sign. Your other choice is to seek a nother opinion at an academic center as withot a thoro clinical exam no diagnosis can be made. Good luck.
