Yes: Second opinion may help, speech therapy shouldn't help a cyst on the cords.

Reflux: Cyst on your tonsil is an incidental finding,the symptom of feeling of a lump in throat,is a fairly common symptom,try modifying your diet,,anti reflux meds,but have your throat reevaluated by a scope,consider a gastro,consult
