Did you mean to say PIH? as in Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation? Adapalene helps if used every night.Add a cream of Kojic Acid and/or Hydroquinone twice a day and a physical sunblock ( with Zinc Oxide) every morning. Wear a hat when outdoors. Don’t pick if there are pimples. Your Dermatologist may offer you very effective chemical peels and lasers.Don’t use peels at home,you may pigment more.
