Clearing acne right now. clindamycin once a day 1% lotion in the am/ panolxy x3 face wash and adapalene gel at nightx1. is this safe to use?im supposed to use clindamycin x2, but have a history of colitis . so im concerned. also,should i moisturize?

If lesions have cleared up you can just use those 2 for preventing new lesion and you do not need clindamycin lotion. However, it is very rare to get C. difficile colitis with topical Clindamycin though.
Yes, you can use facial moisturizer to alleviate the dry skin due to benzoyl and adapalene.
